If they know they can simply call you, email you, or message you on a social media platform, then they’ll be comfortable. The idea of dealing with a shady group will put people off immediately. You must obviously conduct yourself professionally at all times. You don’t have to be strict all of the time, but getting people what they want (as quickly as you can) is paramount.
